Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are shipped after payment confirmation. Payment is confirmed when Credit Card has cleared or Check/Money order is recieved. Items in stock will be shipped the same day or the following business day. Every attempt will be made to ship out your order within 3 business days barring any technical difficulties.

Backordered Items

For backordered items, shipment may be held until items are replenished. A partial order may be shipped depending on availability; in such cases we will pay to ship the remaining balance at a later date.

Returns

Orders can be returned if the order is in error; either the wrong item was sent or wrong quantity of an item. We will pay shipping to correct such orders, along with return label to return the erronious item(s). The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
